Why am I covered in Feathers?

This is a scheduled post as I should be now hanging out with my sister and her lil ones.
I have left my girlies (with my wonderful mother and father in law) and took a short plane ride to be with my mom and sis for the Breaking Dawn Pt.2 movie tonight! Yay!
(Hubby has also went on a trip to Oklahoma to watch a couple hockey games and play golf with a friend, lucky guy!)
Anyways I had a quick couple of minutes (literally) to share with you some cookies that I had made and have taken with me for the par-tay tonight. Aren't they cute?
(I used the same recipe that I used for S's pirate cookies.)

...and just for fun, I saw that picmonkey offered a 'vampire' editing option for halloween.
So I did up our group pic from the Eclipse movie night out.
(Checkout my layout from that night HERE.)

Kinda freaky...but hey all in the name of Twilight!
So excited for tonight!

Happy Friday!

Have you seen it yet?

Last night I was able to go to the late night showing of Breaking Dawn! My husband treated me and a friend to a night out while he stayed home and watched the girls (which is no easy task since I'm still nursing exclusively, I came home to feed baby in between supper and the show).

I really enjoyed the movie and thought it was a good portrayal of the book (but in my opinion books are ALWAYS better). I won't say much else, don't want to spoil it for anyone. I wanted to share this music video from the soundtrack, so beautiful.

And just in case you aren't a diehard (excuse me, Twihard) and you haven't already seen the movie last night or tonight(technically opening night), here's the trailer:

....so good....

You say obsessed like it's a bad thing?...Eclipse Layout!

Just finished my Eclipse layout, and I am pretty happy with the way it turned out! I used a pattern from the Close to my Heart Magic book, it was so easy with the picture sizes and paper cutting instructions! I also was able to use the little Dressy Edward Stamp from the Greeting Farm which I had shown in an earlier post (no need to include Bella, haha). For all you Twilighters out there I included the poem 'Fire and Ice' by Robert Frost which is featured at the beginning of the novel as well as the movie AND I also used the cut red ribbon like on the novel cover, just a couple of fun details!

OH Edward!

Well I bought my first digital stamps EVER! I couldn't possibly pass up the little Dressy Edward Stamp... I got Bella (Dressy Camille) too and an adorable Cupcake Anya. These stamps are from the Greeting Farm! They have a lot of great stamps to chose from, Digital and Rubber! These pics aren't the greatest but I wanted to post them non the less. I had fun coloring them in with the Close to my Heart blending pen and inks (first time trying it, works pretty good!). Anyways I plan on doing a project with the twilight couple very soon, so stay posted!!
