Mothers Day Goodness

I embroidered this tea towel for my mom for mothers day (something small that I could send in the mail). It was harder than I thought because the material was more like cheesecloth rather than normal fabric so I had to watch the stitching pretty carefully.
This is another pattern (which I sort of altered) from Doe-C-Doe blog.

These are the lovely flowers that my husband got for me for mothers day,he also made a fabulous breakfast Sunday morning. On Saturday we were able to go garage sale-ing as a family (I LOVE garage sales!!) so that made the weekend even better(although I didn't have much luck at the sales, it was still a lot of fun). I am so blessed to have such a great husband and daughter!

I also made cards for my mom, mom-in-law, and all the grandmas which will be posted later on in the week because I know some of them haven't recieved them in the mail yet!
I have been busy working on four paintings and a photo display wall so hopefully I can share those with you soon! Happy craftin'
